I placed three or four orders with UrbanQ.com over the course of a year. The first few orders went fine, but the last one, placed in April has been nothing but a problem. The rebate check was supposedly sent in mid- June. I never received it.
I wrote to the company and asked when I could expect tor eceive the check. They responded by saying there was a problem in the printing of come rebate checks and that new checks would be printed and distributed "shortly."
I have received that same excuse no less than half a dozen times over the past six months. Still no checks! If I don't have my checks by the end of January, I'm taking legal action.
Stay away from UrbanQ.com — they are going to be the next CyberRebate, going bankrupt and leaving all of their customers high and dry (not to mention rebate-less)!
