Ripoff went to web site to cancell account, will not allow me to cancell my account, have wrong web sites, no addresses or phone numbers internet

Answered questions to a survey, somehow survey invovled with an account for voice mail. Went to web site to cancell account, web site will not allow me to cancell account. Have wrong web sites and I will not pay for account, something I did not want in the first place.
