It's a total rip off, now they won't cancell my account i

this place i went to, find the address of my brother, said it was free then charged me $1.00 now i find out that they are going to start billing me $19.00 every month. I tried to get them to cancell my account, and they would'nt. Gave me the run a round. I really want this account cancelled, it's a complete rip off
