I want everyone to know that this company is not a honest company, they will go into your checkin account and take your money even after you cancell. You MUST write a letter statein that you quit them and you MUST give all the information on your so called "merchant" account. The easiest way to say goodbye is to cancell your checkin account and open a new one with a differant account number. The girl at customer support said she was refunding the 29.95 chare back to my checkin account as a "courtesy" to me. We will see if she does. Please don, t do any business with this "company" you will et ripped off!!!
