I received my order (#khx-859598) on Dec. 5th 2005. I ordered 4,500ft spools of V2621-500. I only got one of those. The other 3 500ft spools were of part number V2621GW-500. The wrong ones have a grounding wire which I can not use. So I went through the process of requesting an RMA number and also emailed the company with my problem. I heard nothing.
Now I have sent a total of 6 emails, 3 faxes, and 3 RMA requests. I would have called but they have removed their phone number from the website. As of yet I have not even been contacted. No email, no call, no fax, NOTHING.
It has now been almost a month. This company has no customer service. If these people keep ignoring their mistakes, what do I do? What course of action do I have?
