I also have had a problem with WTS Bank. Recently this company tried to take funds from my checking account.
Somehow they had all of my personal information and have been trying to take out $39.95 from my account. I know this because my bank sent me a notice saying that because Non-sufficient funds in the account has caused my bank to twice charge me. I am not the kind of person to just let "sleeping dog's lie" so I called the company and spoke with a representative. I told them what was going on and asked that they send a cancellation notice to my email-which they did. I agreed to pay the amount to get them off my back but was told that they would only except money order payment, which I sent the same day as finding out the problem. It has been 11 days and still the money order has not been cashed by WTS and I feel that that it has arrived but they are not cashing it in hopes that they will be able to continue to get to my checking account. I pulled a fast one on WTS-I went down to my Bank and explained the problem and now I have a block on their account to tap into my checking account. It cost me $6.50 to put a stop block on WTS but it is worth it. Now I am still waiting for WTS to cash the money order I know they have received-If they do not-TOO BAD FOR THEM-and if they want to take me to court I'd love to go. I have kept all my records on this problem and I know that they would not stand a chance in court.
