This "business" is a huge rip off. Not only does it take forever to get your orders, but there is a good chance you will never get what you order. It seems to be luck of the draw to see who gets their orders. The reason being is that they have the right to refuse any orders without notice, even though they still say "processing" on the website.
I returned my item and never got the money back. I ordered a different item around the same time I sent back the one I returned (did not know that they were a bunch of scheisters yet). This is a bunch of crap, I ordered express delivery and it's been nearly 2 weeks, and still no pipe or return money.
They also do not respond to emails, phone calls, or any other means of contact, and claim in a lot of posts that it is due to their web host. Yeah right, because this has been apprently going on for almost 6 months.
I am not sure if it is Greg, who seems to "handle" most of the problems, or this other person Angela from Virgina, who has written a few responses. It is Bullshit I do know that.
I want my order cancelled (#9152) if Greg or whoever reads this before the email I sent directly to him. It just sucks that people like these can remain in business despite their lack of responsibility.
