Bogus charges on my bank account and debit card scam Ripoff

I noticed a charge on my account for $9.95 for this company. When I called the company they said I had applied for a loan on line, which I had not done, and they said they offerred me credit protection. They said they would cancel my membership, but I never agreed to it to start with.
