Jake from Lean Life, you need to get your story straight. I emailed your company the same day I signed up for your "free" sample to ask that you do not send the free sample or any future items. I received an email back from the customer care address "Jake" had listed there, but it said that no one from the company could be contacted via that auto-reply address.
And, lo and behold, there was a charge on my card today for the next shipment. If I asked for the product to be cancelled the SAME DAY, which is well within the 14 day time limit you so condescendingly pointed out was listed on the online order form, what else can a consumer do to prevent future shipments and charges?
Rest assured I will file a complaint with my credit card company and you are going to pay me (or them) back. No money for you, swindler!
