Saw a posting on onsale.com for camcordes at a great price. At the time I was thinking of doing the whole... Get rich on Ebay... Thing. I didn't win, but they emailed me back. We made a deal that I would buy 25 camcorders from them. I was a little afraid of the deal (too good to be true) so, I called Paypal. They said they had a good Ebay rating and that Paypal was a safe way to do business. So I did it. Afew weeks went buy and no cameras. They would send Emails that it was on it's way or the would check with the wharehouse and everything would be fine. Then they said it might have got lost in the mail and it wasn't ther responsibility. I called Paypal. They said it was past 30 days, but they would look into it. The said I was right, they do do owe me money and they closed their account. But that was it. All you out there that think buying something with Paypal means you will not get ripped off... Think again. So, I am still out the money. After several more months of them making excuses, I am working the legal route. I kick myself for not doing it earlier... But they kept giving me the sad story of no money... Mouths to feed... Promise to pay back kind of things. I know the sold on Ebay, onsale.com and up.net. Additional info... When I called the police station in Lithium... As soon as I said his name, they knew who I was talking about. Take that that for what it's worth. I have given up on all auctions and online sales. Mainly because it is incredibly hard to get legal help. You have to be persistant and make a lot of phone calls. Also do a lot of research online. I was able to find most my information about them by spending hours on the computer. It has been 6 mos and not a penny from them. Bryan recently started an new auction as bb_wholesale on Yahoo auctions. It said you could pay by Paypal. I called Paypal and they dicovered he opened a new account under a fake name.
