In July term I was packaged as a level one student because financial aid office did not notice that I had more credits. This level left me with an out of pocket expense of 324.00 which I paid off in September.in october I received a letter offering me to apply for the Advanced Scholar Award and one of the things I was instructed to do was to call financial aid and speak to an officer to ensure that the award will not affect my financial aid. While speaking to Amber Perkins I found out that I was packaged incorrectly and that I was owed a refund of all money I paid out and more. I still have not received the money and have been unsuccessful in trying to get in contact with someone who is willing to help me. The last time I called I was left on hold for 12 min and 34 secs and sent to a voicemail where I left a voicemail and still have not heard from anyone. The time before that I called I was transferred to 5 different people speaking lastly with Mr.De La Vergne the director of admission for Concord School of Law. He said that he would contact someone in financial aid and that they would contact me in 48 hours. That was November 7, it is now November 28 and I have not heard from anyone. I have also talked to my academic advisor Willis Pennington. I am just asking for help in retrieving my money that I paid out on time and that is owed to me.
