M. Eduardo
Con artist ripoff

Con artist by the name of M. Eduardo claimed to have lost $6000 in Vegas and needed $260 to go back to his wife and kids, He offered 3 R.G.A. Leather jackets as a gift but promised to return money through Western Union.

I honestly don't know why i did it, but the jackets were all wrapped up individually and looked quite authentic w/tags. But they were fakes after further examination. I was at a bank of America ATM located at 9001 Lincoln Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90045. I had just withdrawn some cash when this Italian guy pulls over and begins to introduce himself as Eduardo. He said he had trouble speaking English and that he wanted to offer me a gift. He told me to follow him to his car where he explained that he had just returned from Vegas and had lost $6000. He was driving in a greyish blue Dodge Strataus, He wore very nice designer clothing and carried a Motorola Razor phone (black) with the number 1 (310) 972-1390. This happened Wednesday, November 16 at 3:00pm. Call this bastard if you want scare him if you can. He gave me a buisness card with his name M. Eduardo (Import Export Moda Italiana Mananger)- Locations: Milano-Los Angeles -Parigi-G.A.-a.X.-r.G.A.-e.A. The address looks like P. Zza di Spagna, 18 bis, Milano Italia Tel.-06.7836425Internet address: www.moda. Rb. It

The guy seemed really nice and i was amazed by the jackets when he first gave them to me... He offered 3 cigerrettes and begged for me to hear him out. He said the jackets were Gorgio Armani and that they worth a lot of money. The leather seemed real enough and it had a strong smell. The tags were still on them with certificates of authenticity... Certified crap. The labels on the inside peal off and one of the buttons popped off. This really pi*ed me off. I figured $260 wouldnt be so bad for real Armani. He said he couldn't afford the tax to take them to Italy. Money was no object to him once he returned and that he would wire to me immidiately after arriving in Italy through Western Union. Even if i didn't get the money i thought it would be a good deal but i had no idea what brand Reportage was. Im not big on fashion designers or labels. They were the new collectors edition 2006. Only one of the jackets are really nice to my belief... The other is suede and nice too but the label peals back. The third with the buttons is the worst. The buttons are pinned on with hooks and can be taken off easily.

I really hate this guy. When i got the money he seemed amazingly grateful, with water practically coming out of his eyes. Im pretty sure he used visine. He wanted to hug me but i thought that was pretty gay but he seemed completely innocent. He said America was to tempting for him and he needed to go home. But to do so he needed $260 to forward his plane tickets. They were British Airway tickets and he said he couldnt afford to wait till next week to leave, having no money he couldnt even stay in a ahotel or eat. I felt bad for the bastard. He really seemed ashamed to be asking me. He showed me his passport with his name. He had a bank of America card. Which come to think should have given him away... Im pretty sure you need to be a resident in order to get one. (f*k me) Anyway everything he owned looked very nice and i should have told him to pawn his shit but hey a rich foreign guy with bad luck and free armani jackets seemed like a sweet deal. Maybe i would even get to keep them for free if he did send the money back. He also mentioned, after telling him i was from Chicago that he had been and lived on Michigan Avenue. I cant remember what the California plates were exactly but i think they were S5GNX640. He was about 5'10, around 26 to 27 years old with darkish brown hair, brown eyes, and was definitely an Italian f* face. Kill this guy for me if you can or just bring him back partially alive, but beat the f*k out this guy because he definitely desreves it. I mean he said he was a Chrisitan and visited the Pope when he was at the funeral. H e also said he was a fashion designer for armani. Again kill this guy. I have the buisness card he gave me. It still has his prints on it. Email me @ [email protected] if you want to get his finger prints.
