He sells and ships interstate, switchblade knives, imported from italy.
Most victims prepay months in advance, most recieve nothing more than excuses.
He also on several occasions did sell, give, ship or other wise provide illegal switch blades to a 15 year old male in California.
He and wife have also taken up the practice of falsely providing infomation to federal authorities regarding other LEGAL knife dealers in an attempt to eliminate his compitition.
Also turned in other dealers, who he supplied to Ebay.
He appeared out of no where about a year ago, bragging how he finaced his business with the illegal growing and selling of marijuana through a hydroponic system in his basement.
He recently has taken the liberty of trying to silence those who speak out against him with the use of a forum member who has threatened to 'show up on your door step'.
Brad Skipper is many things, none of them good or legal and makes no contribution to society other than criminal.
All the while collecting a disability check every month.
