I placed an order with Brad Skipper, Swinguards.com in November. He called and asked for a check to cover merchandise and shipping. I sent a check for $1,240 which was cashed several days later.
I waited three weeks with no merchandise. I tried calling but he does not answer the phone, only returns calls from caller ID. I then called from another phone and his wife, Susan Skipper called me back. She claimed no knowledge of the puchase but would straighten everything out. The next day I received three notifications form the USPS which were printed by Brad Skipper.
When I checked with the Post Office they said the labels are printed by the shipper but no packages were ever sent by the shipper.
Since December 29th we have been trying to get in contact with the company, Brad Skipper or Susan Skipper but have not been sucessful.
