This is an Email correspondance to and from Incredimail with regards to the JunkFilter Plus scandal.

The fact that you actually replied to what i said shows me one of two things.
A. You are very dedicated to your job
B. You honestly believe what you just told me
In any event your arguments are nothing more than a smoke and mirror ploy designed to throw off those who don't know any better.indulge me as i quote your email and respond to your counter claims.
The basic JunkFilter was previously available to all IncrediMail users, be it JunkFilter Plus subscribers or users of the free version. This should clarify that the basic JunkFilter was not a part of any IncrediMail package previously offered - it was offered to all our users for free.
In this statement i notice the caps on the JunkFilter. If this an attempt to try to show me that the original junkfilter was somehow a seperate piece of the original Incredimail program, then my friend you better research your own program a bit further back. At no time did i EVER see any documentation or 'fine print' that said someday i would have to pay for that subset of an original program.
You also make mention of the fact that there were some mysterious JunkFilter Plus subscribers. Lets just say for the sake of argument that there are people willing to pay the 40$ more a year for your JunkFilter Plus. Why would you remove the 'basic' version from those people who dont want the added features of the Plus version?
We certainly did not remove ANY features that were and still are a part of the Premium package that our users purchased. I hope you can recognize that new offerings simply cannot be included as added features in packages that our users purchased in the past.

Do you alos recognize that i didnt ask for any of the new features that you mention here. I was perfectly happy with the way my program was running before your 'upgrade'? If you were so gung ho to offer this new service, why not just make it a 'plug-in' for the software instead of making it a part of the core program?

First it was 10$ off. I basically tell you to shove this program up your arse and you offer me 20$ off. Go figure.
In summary i think that your original Incredimail program was so well rounded in the features that it offered that most people felt like i do, 'i like it just the way it is, i dont need to buy anything else for it'.in creating such a well rouned program you removed any way for you as a company to receive any type of residual income for older subscribers. So to help offset that you tell us that we now have to pay for a service that was included with our original program. Tell ya what, sell this shit to someone who cant see through the smoke and mirrors.
