I can piggy back and echo the same identical words as Jeremy did in another report just posted on this site.
I signed up in January. When I signed up I had a bad feeling that something was wrong and immediately called back to cancel this business transaction within the three days. I was told that all of the equipment was on its way and there was no way to contact the lease company.
First of all if this is an E-commerce website, why do I need a physical credit card terminal to process credit cards when the web site has shopping carts that handled all of the credit cards? In my honest opinion this is a plot by USA Card Services to make more money for them by having you sign an un-cancellable lease for four years.
When I called to cancel the transaction, I informed them that i was on a retired pension income and did not have any money to invest in this business and one of their company hired motivational speakers jumps on the phone and says that is the reason I should want to go in business to have money and before you know I said well count me in.
I was very gullible in allowing them access to my checking account.
They are in total violations of the FTC guidelines because I was never supplied with the names of people that is currently doing the business, neither was i supplied with a company disclosure statement.
This company is ripping innocent opportunity seeking honest people off left and right because they never give you the proper help needed and also they bombard you with tons of literature to read and a set of goal questions that is long enough to write a book and who have time for all of that when their primary goal is to make money?
Paul Darby called me and said that he was my success coach and that he was going to help me make some money.
I had to go and get drop shippers and manufacturers to put their products in my website only to find out many of them require cash to purchase their products.
It is near year end and I have not made anything. I had to setup my shopping carts on the website and configured them. Also I was told that the company was investing $5000 in me and they did not invest a penny in me because they are taking $140 out of my checking account every month and this is supposed to go on for a term of 48-months.
When I asked the so-called success coach to help me, he said that he was not going to do my work for me.
This is a living dilemma for me and I need someone out in internet land to help me and the others in similar situations with USA Card Services to get from under this curse of this vulturous company.
If the US Senate and the President can initiate and pass legislation to reform the Bankruptcy laws, I am certain that someone can bring these scammers and their assistants to justice.
Somebody Please help. I am ready to support whatever legal proceedings necessary to bring this company to justice.
