This is the most jack operation! These people are running a full fledge scam.
I too ordered the "free" trial and gave authorization to charge my bank card for the $4.80 shipping charge. The next day I called to cancel. I was told I didn't need a confirmation number and that everything was taken care of.
A month later I was billed $46.95 for another bottle of the Nutra Hoodia (which did nothing!). These people, Nick and Julie Ann and others are terrible people. They aren't the least bit concerned that they are ripping others off.
When I realized there was nothing I could do I decided to start calling in a few times a day to remind the company how much it sucked. It's been really great! Just call the 800-254-6640 number a few times a day and let them know how much they suck. They love it, really! One girl even told me that they were contacting the authorities regarding my harassing them. Wonder what the authorities will think when they find out why I'm harassing them. Wouldn't it be great to get media attention for harassing a bunch of Scam Artists?
I challenge anyone else who has been scammed by this bunch to do the same. Just give them a random call and let them know how much they suck! Also, close the account they are withdrawing from or it will never end.
