Last week $159.95 was taken from my checking account ripoff internet

Last week I realized that $159.95 had been taken from my checking account and I didn't authorize this. It in return caused my checking account to be overdrawn. I called my bank and they gave me a phone # that is 1-800-430-0672 but you cant get through to them. Either all circuits are busy or no-one is there!
