Taking monies out of checking account without mr saying its ok

I found my checking account overdrawn because of this company. I didn"t authorize anyone to take any monies out of my checking account. Further more I never heard of the webb site until I talked to the bank on Sept. 29th. This is STEALING and I am not going take it sitting down.
