On July 11, I followed all the terms and conditions and I signed-up for and gave out my Visa charge card number for 15 different promotions to qualify for my gift through eMarketPanel (see below):

Please include the email address with which you registered. Once you have completed the requirements set forth herein, we will send you an email requesting that you verify your shipping address. P.O. Boxes will not be honored. Once we have received your verification, your free gift should be sent within 12-18 weeks, subject to the availability of your free gift. If your free gift is not yet available in stores, it may take longer than 12-18 weeks for your free gift to be shipped. Please note that we reserve the right to substitute a gift with another of similar value, if the gift that you were originally eligible to receive is not available for any reason. I have received all email confirmations and mail confirmations from the 15 promotions that I signed up with and now I am also receiving items I purchased via the promotion sign-up, in the mail which I paid for using my credit card to receive my Sunray Playground Set from eMarketPanel.

I have made several attempts to obtain response from the initiators of the offer (eMarketPanel), by emailing and writing. After months of Emails and letters, I have received absolutely no response that I even have an account, or an acknowledgement that eMarketPanel is receiving my messages. However no messages were returned for not being received.
I have sent EmarketPanel the following most recent letter:

Dear eMarketPanel.
I have written you 4 different times, asking for a response for the last three weeks.

I have not received any response.

I will give you five more working days, till July 29th to respond.

I have signed up for 15 promotions and have paid with my visa, to get a free playground set.

I requested from you that you recognize my account and what my status is. I am sending in the complaint form to the FTC https://rn. Ftc. Gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$. Startup? Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 and notifying your partners in this internet fraud/crime. I will prosecute if necessary.

Promotion Partners:
Please reprimand and discontinue your partnership with these crooks, for they will cause you future problems and give you company a shady reputation. Let me know if I can assist you in any law suits you wish to pursue.
