They have been calling my house multiple times in one day. I have only asked them if they are a collection agency - they insist they cannot give me this information usless I am "xxx xxxx" They are using a NICKNAME and a name from a marriage over 20 years ago. A legitimate company DOES NOT call you by your nickname.
They are rude and over bearing and these calls have been screaming matches. MY point being that it is MY PHONE they are calling on - there for if they wish to speak with me - they can tell me WHO they are and answer the question as to whether they are a collection agency.
I wonder if they actually are even at this address they are using. I am sick of their calling my home, and I have told them blatetently this is harrassment and to leave me alone.
