This company promised to send $200.00 shopping pass for looking at their information. They required debit card number so that they could cover the cost of shipping on information packet. They said I would have 30 days to look over the information and if I did not want it I could cancel membership to their movie club. I never got the info. They were sending, and I called after 5 days—My bank had been drafted a 119.90 for membership. I requested a refund, they sent me a form to fill out - which I did that said I would receive my refund in 10-15 business days— it has been several months. I have called the company every two weeks since late February and have been told that, "I was put on high priority and I should get my check soon." They ask me to wait 10-15 days for my complaint and check to process - then I call back and get told the same thing.
I have sent letters to the companies executives, however I have never received any response from them. I have only talked with customer service representatives and have not been able to my refund. I am very angry and upset and I would like to take action against this fraudulent company
