We first placed our order on May 5th. We were contacted on 5/25 to say that they received our order and we were given an order number. We were then told that due to high demand, orders would be received in 5 to 10 working days.
No order. I sent an email and got a reply on 6/9 that they were sorry for the delay but we should receive our order on 6/14 or 6/15.
No order. I called, no answer so I had to leave a message. I also emailed and no response.
It is now 6/22 and I do understand if there is a delay but I do NOT understand lies to the customer about delivery dates. Just state what the problem is. We DO understand that you may have problems dealing with foreign countries. If you dont have the product just tell us, we will wait!
I will update when I receive my order.
