On 8-16-08 I ordered 2 counter stools totaling $169.98 paid for through Paypal. When I had not received them or any email regarding them I emailed their customer support on 9-13-08 to find out when I might expect to receive them, I received an email back from Jennifer on 9-15-08 stating "I truly apologize for the delay. It looks like the item went into production with the manufacturer right around the time that you placed your order due to the high amount of sales for this particular product. However, more stock is arriving at the manufacturer's warehouse by the end of September and your order will ship to you directly. Also, I will gladly mark your order priority' free of charge in order to make up for the delay and expedite the order as much as possible." On 10-23-08 I sent the first of five emails in the next couple of weeks at first requesting info on my order and in later emails requesting a refund, all of which went unanswered. I tried to call them countless times at first getting a message that due to a high volume of calls to leave a message and I would be called back, I never was. Recently when I tried to call I immediately got a busy signal. Today when I tried to go to the site to get the phone number I get the "This page cannot be displayed"!!!

I am very irate about this!!! I live in a small town and the choices here are very limited here, I purchase a lot from the internet. I will now be extremely cautious!!! I recommend that no one buy from them or any company affiliated with them!!!
