Ripoff out of my bank account without authorization Tampa Florida

I dont Know how they got our info, but they have deducted money from our account for 4 months now.

We have gone to our bank asking them to stop payment and they have tried and it still somehow gets through.

So now we have to close our account which is a business account and that is the only way to stop it.

I would like to know who is doing this, and why they havent been stopped if this is such a big thing.
