Employment ads seeking "Security Agents" have been placed in newspapers throughout the country and on internet job sites such as Careerbuilder.com. After you have left a message on the company's employment line, a person by the name of Ted Logan calls and gives a spiel about a job as a security agent on a private cruise ships that is not open to the public but only caters to the "rich and famous". He will ask you several questions and tells you that Xanadu Clubs is part of the ALCOA Corporation based in the Philippeans.
He explains that he will discuss your initial "interview" with his company and let you know one way or the other if you will be invited for an in-person interview. When he calls back, he explains that you need to send them via Western Union, your half of the plane ticket to the Turks & Caicos Islands where the interview will be held aboard one of their ships docked there. Your half of the plane ticket will be immediately refunded upon landing at the airport where you will be met by company reps. Logan explains that this will ensure the company that you will be present for the interview so they do not loose money on the plane ticket.
Right before you are to leave on your trip, he calls back stating that there is a change in plans and that a recruiter will be in your area and will be calling you and refunding your money at the in-person interview.
