They are still using the same scam tactics as claimed in earlier complaints. My husband who has recently gotten out of the Marine Corps and has done his time in Iraq has been having a hard time finding work. He answered the ad for Total Security Network and had an interview.
My husband was thrilled at the possibility of finally finding some employment. He called me on the way home from his interview and asked me what I thought about this Loss Prevention job. He was told that he could make $11-15 per hour and in a couple of months could possibly advance to a supervisor position making $16-22 per hour. There were benefits and also a 40% discount from the store that he was assigned to. Sounded good to me, I said. He also told me that there was a class he would have to go through and the cost of that would be $300. The man my husband had an interview with was Charles F. Logan. My husband said finances were tight and Mr. Logan offered to front my husband $100 to be paid back after 30 days for the class fee. Mr. Logan also said the certification was "good for life".
I got curious and decided to look up this company on the internet and that is where I saw the testimonial from Elizabeth from about a year and a half ago. I started reading it to my husband... I have never seen such a disappointed man in all my life. We continued to read the other 2 testimonials on this website and then I went and looked up Total Security Network on the BBB website. Total Security Network had numerous complaints with the BBB.
My husband was to meet with Mr. Logan again today to discuss final details. I think he just gave him what for over the phone. I would like to thank this website for providing these type of testimonials, otherwise my husband and I would have been out a much needed $300.00 right now.
