This outfit goes by several names and we still have not received our check back for $2500. When we first began stating the facts of what happened to us, no lies, simply stating the truth, we were threatened by TCRM's lawyers. Received a threatening letter to stop telling the truth basically.
When you sign a paper and put money down, then have terms all changed, I believe you are entitled to get your money back plus the jacked up appraisal fee, which is verifiable by the appraiser.
We have been scammed by several companies that we thought were really legitimate in the last two years and it's infuriating. The little guys are working hard and the scammers are making money hand over fist.
You cannot believe anyone with a winning smile, nice voice on the phone or promises. You need to be aware, and vigilant and see it in writing. Even when we had it in writing with this TCRM CORP/Brookside Mortgage bunch, they verbally changed the terms and expected us to go along with the outrageous terms especially the lender owning 90% of the property and we got 10%, who could sell us out?
No way, so they kept our money. We want it back plus damages, phone calls reimbursed and will keep you posted on progress because we do not plan on allowing companies like these to take our money for something not produced. Thanks for your support. We will correct usacomplaints. Coms when the check arrives and have them removed from the internet where TCRM is up at the top of the lists for Ripoffs.
