What a ripoff! I ordered the program. It was very simple to order. Plenty of people to answer the phone when you call the sales department. No one to physically talk to after that!

Beware, once you enroll, you'll never speak to a live person again. After I tried three times to cancel, within the 7-day "money-back" guarantee, I spent a total of one hour on the phone listening to music, electronic voices, etc. I could never get a person to talk to me.

So, I went through their site looking for a "cancelation" section. I mean, there are more than 5 ways to enroll (internet, form, mail, phone, fax), but not a single method for disenrolling! So, I completed a student services form on the site and demanded disenrollment, and refund of my $39 and evaluation fee.

Two weeks into this, I've received no books, and haven't heard anything from the evaluation for which I paid. A few days later, I get an email telling me I have to pay $240 for cancelation fees, book fees, etc. Bull Sh*! I promise, I'll initiate a class action lawsuit if they charge my account for anything else, and if they don't refund my money by April 15! Who's with me?
