I have a five year old son that has a hard time focusing
so I struggled to put him into a private school hoping he
can get one on one attention.
The teacher always seemed to very fustrated with him and
at the end of March just decided not to want this little
boy in her class anymore.
The school has been strongly suggesting that I medicate him which I was willing to do whatever they needed that would help him that did not have to do with medication. I took him to doctors, nutritionist and therapist.
My son has not been violent or disrespectful to anyone he just has a hard time sitting in his chair and focusing which is the definiton of ADHD.
They sent him to the office the day before they kicked him out at 10 Am the principle of the school had her secretary call me to pick him up from school cause his teacer did not want to deal with him. I was not able to get there until 12Pm and they always have lunch at 11Am the teacher didnt even bother sending his lunch.
The school had a meeting with me the next day and basically told me that my son was not able to return to their school because his disability would not let them achieve want they wanted.
I left the office in tears not knowing what to tell this little boy that because he has a different way of learning he was not able to finish the last three months that was left from school.
He was so hart broken there is no words to explain the puzzled look on his face. He has to start a new school at the end of a school year make new friends and have a new teacher.
This school that calls themself christian made no effort to help this child instead of trying a new teacher or the principle make an effort they wiped their hands and ran away fron the problem.
