Ripoff unscrupulous unethical unaccountable underhanded dishonest extortionists

I could not be more delighted that tenants have spoken out about the completely irresponsible, negligent, dishonest, unaccountable, unethical, untrustworthy, unscrupulous, lying, underhanded and capable of dirty tricks management at Parc on Summit in Seattle, Wa. This includes ALL the principals involvedfrom the Resident Manager, J.D. Swanson to the self-appointed, nonfunctional Board of Directors, Dan Jacobs, President Eva Strenger, Treasurer for four years (while two years consecutive is the RULE) minions for Kappes Miller Management, whose role is to sign checks for Kappes Miller Management, the company who has been running the WHOLE show for TEN years plus! (Check the KMM website to see WHO THEY ARE NOT)

Currently, they want to assess the Homeowners $250,000.00 for what should be an Insurance matteryou guessed itKappes Miller Management holds the Insurance Policy under THEIR COLLECTIVE umbrellawe only pay increased annual premiums, receive decreased coverage and NEVER collect..
