Ripoff all equity in house, in closing on another loan had fee not aware of

This outfit will take every cent you have thru unethical means. The last think they did to me was add a F/C fee to Pay off request that was not on any form they sent to us. My whole problem started with Ocwen swapping monthly payments from my two accounts and in doing this made both accounts behind which I was not notified of this untill 2nd month due to late bill sent, then they would not accept any catch-up pmts untill their lawers were feed (alot of money) to clear this up.
