Ocwen Federal Bank is doing nothing but scamming people into giving them additional fees not owed or taking their houses unfairly. We have had nothing but problems with Ocwen. They raised our pmts. Twice before we even owed the first pmt. On our refinance. I do have all papers to show proof raised pmts. And where they tried to charge me for ins. When my ins. Was added into my mortgage pmt.
I was injured last year and was off work for a few mo. They tried to forclose and agreed on a pmt. Of 3,025 to keep this from going any further but when I came up with the money they waited a week to accept it and tried to forclose anyway and also added another 2,500 fee to the anount already pd. I called to get a pay-off and they tried to charge 20.00 and they are now reporting late pmts. When the pmts. They have reported were not over 30 days. I guess they think they can get away with this because we have not tried to stop them until now!!
