Before Christmas I ordered the "so-called" free sample of the skin creme and paid $9.95 for shipping and handling charges. Within a couple days I got this crappy product in the mail that actually smells and feels like Ponds creme, and the printing on the label was all scrambled together. I was fine.
Then two or three days after it came in the mail, my bank debit visa was charged 89.95. I did research and discovered is was Boehm Ritter that made the charge. I immediately called the bank to tell them I didn't authorize this and they made a claim. (Bank Of America) And "as a courtesy" reapplied the monies back into my account while they did an investigation. They also advised me to call the Company and try to resolve it. What a JOKE!!!
I couldn't get anyone to answer so I finally resorted to emailing them. I never heard back, What a suprise... NOT! Then, two weeks later there is another charge on my account from Boehm Ritter for $99.90! I was flabergasted! I calle the bank went through all that again. Same answer from bank. Then I get a letter from my bank saying they closed the dispute and charged the 2 charges back out of my account because they said I should have returned the product.
I was never told to do that and I DID pay the shipping like agreed but whatever, I didn't even want their crappy product anyway and the bank said if I return it and get a receipt from the post office, they would re-open the claim and I would hear something within 7 days. I returned it, told the bank and 4 weeks later still haven't heard from anyone!
THIS SUCKS! I want my money back. They stole this from me and alot of others and it is just plain WRONG!
