Ripoff, fraudulent billing

I got a bill last mo from Quest for 14.95 it saidFrom family Discnt ntwk mthly. I thought it was because I had just shut off my long distance and was told there would be a fee. Thinking that's what Discnt meant was disconnect.

Then this mo. I got another so of course I call quest. They say call Integretel. I call them they send me on to Members Edge. After a 20 min wait I get to talk to a person who tells me that a person NOT ME ordered this. I said thats not me. I didn't order this. It was a email service. I have aol why would I need another service. I told her I want it off my bill. She said we will cancel I now. I said ok. Then I thought about it and realized she said cancel. So I said so all charges will be removed? She said no. But you won't be billed anymore. I said I want these charges removed. She said no. Someone ordered them and your responsible for them. I said I don't know this person and it's my bill take them off. She refused and became quite rude. I told her this is illegal and is against the FCC. I told her I would be filing a complaint with them. I asked to talk to the supervisor. She sent me to a voice mail. No call returned.

Qwest is letting them know that I am disputing charges. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me last time it was a different co. After Qwest sent back the paperwork saying I was disputing charges my phone bill was credited the amount. Took about 5mo. I can't believe I'm going through this again. These are 2 ripp off co.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
