We are so angry for what they did to us wasting, time and money on a bogus loan. I am so glad it never happened... We would have had he lot sold out from under us. Do people really sign things like turning over 90% of the title to the property and keeping only 10% after you;ve paid interest only 18% — and formed a corporation for $2500 and lists of fees for $60,000? Be careful out there.
