Tried to reopen an acct that closed in 1998 in Aug ripoff

This office in 2002 tried to collect on an acct. That closed in 1998. So needless to say I couldn't even get a cell phone because this item was on my report that I just rec'd on 27 Feb. So he has been quite a busy boy!
