$9.95 monthly charge without consent, no invoice or no "daily" service as claimedComplaint Description: My card is charged $9.95 every month without consent. The company never sent me a confirmation even once after I signed up for a service for the first 30 days. This made me unable to realize what I signed up for. Taking advantage of this, the company continued to charge $9.95 for 3 months without providing any service that they would on a daily basis. The customer service rep insisted on not being able to refund although I told her that I did not get any service.
