This company added a 14.95 monthly charge onto my AT&T phone/internet bill without my consent or knowledge Internet

I was charged 14.95 a month for 2 months of this "service" even tho I never gave my consent for them to do so. I have never used their service, I don't even know what they are. It took 2 phone calls to AT&T to get them to stop charging my phone bill. I tried calling the number provided by imail on my phone bill, but was put on hold for such a long time I finally hung up. It will be interesting to see how much I am charged for that call! Why does AT&T allow companies to tack on charges without the account holders consent?
