Reservationrewards.com did not make it explicit or notify me when signing up that there will be a $12 monthly charge to enrolling.in fact during enrollment they just advertised to sign up and started automatically charging my credit card on a monthly basis without ever asking for consent as usually happens when you purchase or join anything online. The enrollment fee information was not notified to me and now they've charged $132 for virtually providing no service in the last 11 months. This is a complete fraud that hides whatever cost they will incur on the customer and tricks people into what folks are believed to be a free program.
