On December 29 I started contacting this company because my son kept asking about his video game. I spoke with Tamika she stated they never received payment and if I could prove that I submitted payment I should fax to the above number, which I did. I contacted the company again on January 3 and January 4 and spoke to someone named Lena and left a message for Violet the supervisor to call me as of this date I have never received a call back or my product.
I have done everything possible to try to resolve this matter but nothing has been done on their part. I have all of my receipts and other documentation to prove that I have tried to resolve this matter and they have not. I have not received a game as to this date and this all started back on September 29. Please help me resolve this issue. I am thanking you ahead of time for your prompt attention. I also noticed a lot of complaints regarding TCA Fullfillment.
