12/20 AIC Fullfillment Services took $78.95 from my account for the Hydroderm wrinkle creme kit that I had been getting. I never received order. I placed a complaint with BBB of California in January. They have sent me an e-mail saying that they tried to contact twice no answer and that they closed investigation. The customer service numbers on e-mail for Hydroderm aren't working as of the past couple of months. To my surprise they took more another $78.95 out of my account. Ignorantly I didn't think they would do it again. I will be contacting my bank and put a block on them.
