Failure to pay job interview expenses. Ripoff!

I was contacted by Jerry Hoffman at Boxcar Stores. He wanted to interview me for a position within the company. He said to make reservations for air and hotel and the company would pay all travel expenses.

After the interview, per his request I sent all original documents of my expenses. After a month, I tried to contact Mr. Hoffman. He did not return my phone calls, either on his cell phone, his house or the office. I e-mailed him several tiems and he never responded. I wrote a letter, sent it certifited mail, so I know Boxcar received the letter. He did not respond. I contacted the BBB, they wrote a letter to the company and they did not respond.

If Boxcar asks you to pay your way to the interview, don't do it. They are not honorable and their word is as good as dirt.
