Yes General Foods Holdings, Inc. Is a fraud. Jerold Davis is actually Jerry Hoffman. Fox News Atlanta did a piece on him in association with BoxCar Stores, another fraud. Jerold Davis (Jerry Hoffman) is actually an ex-con, convicted banker.
