Ripoff!

I got a card today. The letter was addressed to me. But the name on the card was different. I will not be activating the card however. But I am scared that My card will be sent to different person or if the bank itself uses my card. What are the steps I need to take. Please send me an email at (address removed by usacomplaints.com.
