Only seem to be recruiting members for $80 and it seems will simply vanish when they have 125 members ripoff

This company mentions 3 companies as a joint venture and also mentions that they are in online business since 1998
but on doing a search through search engines reveals that these companies have no internet presence at all.
They claim to reply to all queries but when you send queries to them they simply do not reply.
They only seem to be recruiting members for $80 and it seems will simply vanish when they have 125 members.
The company mentioned (In Touch Inc & In Production Inc) do not exist and have no web presence.
