I was charges 11/2/04 for a membership that I did NOT sign up for ($19.95) I called 801-796-1530 6 times before speaking w / an actual person. Her name is Camille C. (she would not give her full last name) who tried to argue & say she had personally called to remind me that the charge was going to come due. That is not the case-I recevied no phone cal.
She stated (11/24/04 @ 12:18pm MST) that she would reverse the charges & the $ would be in my account in 3-5 business days & provided me a cancellation number. If this doesn't happen I will update my report w / Rip-off-report & will be having my attorney contact them. I will keep everyone updated.
