I ordered a cd for FREE GOVERNMENT GRANTS all I had to pay was $1.97 S/H. A week later I went to use my CHILD SUPPORT visa debit card and didn't have enough money to pay for my children's lunch!!! I called the card 1-800 number and they told me that $39.95 had been deducted from my account by Family savers club! I don't even know who this is, and I never authorized this deduction. I then called Family savers club and asked about this and told them I wanted my money returned and asked how they got my information and they hung up on me! I called my card back and they said I have to file a claim in the next 10 days... I plan on doing this so I can get my money back. I'll update this after I file the FRAUD claim with them. I DID NOT GIVE ANYONE PERMISSION TO SIGN ME UP FOR FAMILY SAVERS CLUB, NOR DID I SIGN UP MYSELF!!! They stole my card information when I ordered the federal grant cd! This company NEEDS to be criminal charged so they stop doing this. I'm also contacting the BETTER BUISNESS BEARU! Asap
