The company is actually Provell, the Better Business Bureau page on them is http://minnesota. App. BBB.org/report/1530 Fortunately my bank was cooperative in reversing the charges. Oddly enough I went through this SAME crap almost 10 years ago with these same bozos! I had bought something through a Damark catalog (yet another name these crooks do business under) and the beginning of the following year they charged me for a "membership" I did not request. I filed a complaint against them back then & got my money back. A few months later the Attorney General of Minnesota called me; they were investigating them for fraud back then! I can't BELIEVE these dirtbags are still in business! They are still running the same scam they were running almost 10 years ago! I filed another complaint against them with the BBB for this latest unauthorized charge (VALUE PLUS 888-833-7279 MN), I will definitely contact the Minnesota Attorney General too!
