I purchased $150 of merchandise from Sunshine Crafts. Upon receipt I found two damaged items. I contacted the company to return these items requesting that they pay the return postage since they were defective. They have refused to accept my return unless I pay for it. Because these two items will cost about the same amount if I pay return postage, I will not agree to their terms.
We have over 10 emails now, and this problem has not been resolved. They do not care about the customer and customer service is non-existent in their policies.instead of accepting the return and crediting my card, they are arguing with me and by doing so have lost a good customer, good will, and profits. I spend a lot of money on crafts but will be spending my dollars elsewhere so they've lost a lot. I have contacted friends who are also crafters and told them to avoid this company. But I feel they also need to be reported with your business so that others do not have the problems I do.
I spend a lot of money via internet shopping and customer service is very important to me. This company falls short of any standard in this regard. There are good companies on the internet and I have been fortunate to do business with them. But I would not do business with Sunshine Crafts nor would I recommend them to others.
